All shifters are made to order and take from 2 business days (plain color) to a week for the orders with engravings. We try to send all orders in the order they were received.

All carbon fiber orders take from 2 weeks to a month to make so please be ready to wait.

International shipping available upon request.

Orders with Backorders parts can be shipped separate orders or with one shipping when all ordered parts are available.

We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping carriers during the weekdays, except Saturday and Sunday.

Returns are available for all orders in NEW and UNOPENED condition, except custom orders within 30 days from original day of purchase.

Returns for custom orders can be discussed personally for each case.

Wrong orders shipped by our mistake can be returned with no cost for a buyer.

Wrong orders placed by buyer can be shipped back within 30 days by buyer expenses and will be subjected to 20% restocking fee with no exceptions.

We don't refund the engraving service price with some exceptions.

Refunds for returned orders will be issued after a condition and quality check.
