Universal Shifter Conversion Kit for S550 Mustang with Automatic transmission

Your stock shifter is not in style with your car. You don't like that big plastic piece inside your car and you want to change it so we want to introduce for you shifter conversion kit which will add Old School look to your car's interior.

Using our Universal Shifter Conversion Kit you can have any Shift Knob installed in your car but we prefer you go with our Manual Shift Knob. The shifter built in USA and made from Aluminum cut on CNC machine.

What is included:

• (1) ONE S550SCH Shifter
• (1) ONE Zip Tie
• (2) TWO Bolts

 

What you need to BUY separate:

• Shift Knob with thread size M12x1.25

Make sure you lube the shaft every 4-6 month to keep the seal lubricated and prevent it from locking the mechanism.

How to remove your old shifter - PDF

• Soon you remove the OEM shifter you need to remoe the plastic piece from the leather boot and attach your shifter to the boot with the zip tie provided.
• Facing two holes on the Universal shifter one facing forward and one backward. Than slide everything in.
• Tighten two screws and secure the shifter on the shaft.
• Reinstall the leather boot and screw in the shift knob
